Try it once and hit the OBD connector to the side
A friend was also unable to connect to the control unit of his Mito
. produce
After several attempts, the pressed the plug upwards and
He was able to connect.

For some reason he had a loose connection in the plug

Hi!

I have an interface like this:

After removing resistor R4, interface connects to CAN, but the connection is very unreliable, missing data and even completely dropping. I also cannot do PROXI alignment.

Will fix with resistors and capacitors from post #1 solve my problem?

Hi guys,

I have a bluetooth Elm interface and i removed the R04 resistor and it works pretty fine but first of all i would ask you how can i modify the pin's connection to get an Elm19 interface because i dont want spend other money!! I prefer make it myself! Really really thanks for help me!

P.s. I said "it works pretty fine" because when i try to read engine ecu che connection isn't stable and always after few seconds it dropped off to main page :(

Sorry for my bad english!!

Guys maybe i found the solution...let me now if i'm right! So, this is the circuit of adapter A3

My connector has the wires connected in the same positions of the 1 image (4-5-6-7-14-16)...if i disolder those and solder them in the positions like the 2 image? Have i an ELM19 interface?! Thankssssssssssssss

Hy All!

I bought an ELM327 interface with bluetooth, but cant connect to ECU. I tested with my Android phone with Torque software. The Phone can connect to ELM327, but not find the interface, just automatic search infinite(loop).
I tested with my laptop, but the multiecuscan cant connect to ECU.

I have this interface:

What can i do?
- Did you removed only R04 resistor and ELM 327 interface worked OK with CAN line? or
- Did you removed the R04 resistor and installed 2 resistors of 100 Ohm and 2 capacitors of 560 pF on CAN line (pin 14 and pin 6)? or
- Did you removed the R14 resistor and installed 2 resistors of 100 Ohm and 2 capacitors of 560 pF on CAN line (pin 14 and pin 6) as Yani described in this topic on first page?
- Or something else?

My Car is Punto 1.2 16V.

Hi Eddie,

I have the same model ELM usb 1.4 like Master123 and Alba_Sky, i just checked the PCB. Connection to engine fine, then the rest is connection failure. I read true the whole 36 page of this thread, i found if i change the properties in the com port/device manager to latency 1ms there is no latency problem in the multiecuscan test (before was). And start all the module (except ABS/airbag i havent got an adapter) but after 2 secs is jumping back to the main window.

Sum:
Driver ok, all test/commands ok, connection to engine ok, i did an oil change reset. This fine...
Dash/Body/Service connecting for 2 secs then going back to main screen (i recorded: http://siscoo.biz/tmp/video0043.3gp)

For the service need to run the engine or just simply key in ignition?
I cant check at the moment because the bloody battery on charger, i think its dying... maybe this made the connection problem? I just ordered one.
Any ideas? Tomorrow testing.

Thanks,
