Of course we have this interface already described here !!!
Should actually be be found on the last pages.

And unfortunately you write not about what the error.
But that make many users here

therefore what is not to read.
Very often there are settings or installation error
and not always the bridge resistance


Which vehicle?
What control?
Which protocols?


If it is a CAN bus problem remove the marked resistance
and try again.

I’m trying to connect my Alfa Romeo 159 to FiatEcuscan. I can connect but not enter the dashboard. I already wanted to throw it away when i found this forum.

Here what you ask me. I'm nearly sure that ELM 327 USB Cable based on CH340 chip haven't never work with MES.
Someone have this cable (and see in device manager) and can work with MES?

Hi LX522

For your vehicle CAN Bus is necessary only ABS and engine ECU with
read another protocol. To which you should already now be able to connect. ?

Sorry for a a question which maybe was asked by someone else.
My Question: If I remove this resistor, will I loose any other feature for
using it with another car which isn´t a ford or with another program like scanmaster elm?
for example the can bus feature for other cars?

Second Question: Why you dont collect all variations of chips in a new thread?

#1 - Yes you will not be able to use your new modified ELM interface without resistor with other software like scanmaster.
I did test few ELM interfaces and they do not work with scanmaster 4.3...

#2 - I already suggested Eddy he should open some kind of "sticky" topic where we can only see interfaces and solutions to repair them.
But topic in which other members can not write their posts except from Eddy when he need to add new solution or new ELM board...
Moderators should help also...
