Hello Knata
Unfortunately I can not open this file format and highlight the disturbing resistor.

Therefore, I must describe to you the resistor
In the first picture, the top of the center-right over the chip with 8 pins
(MCP 2551), the resistor is sitting by specifying 121

This resistor you need to remove

If you want to be sure to send me a different file format
then I'll just marking the resistor.

Greetings Eddy

Hello Siscoo

Hmmmm?

You can even make a connection, but this is terminated immediately
It may be a case of only a connection error
Either your interface has an error, or your laptop

Do you have the possibility to use a different time laptop?

To provide the service back must not run the engine, it is sufficient to
Insert key and the dash board lights to let burn

Otherwise, I can help you no longer instantaneous, Sorry

Hello Knata

Oh, and I thought you had already removed this resistor?
Since you wrote that you had the same interface as Master123
and Alba_Sky!
So I thought the resistor R04 would be removed.

Could someone please tell me where to buy the components? Direct links would be fine (Germany or UK sites / ebay), because I can solder, but I have no clue what so ever about electronics.

Please send links to what I should buy. Thanks!

Hello

Here, for example,

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Autodia-E327-CAN ... 3cb62f0a57

And after you've removed the resistor R04 works, the CAN protocol

Order and a greeting from me

Good evening to everyone, I'm a new member of the forum I wanted to ask for help because I bought from ebay a bluetooth ELM327 interface.
THis interface is connected with the ScanMaster software (only it can detects the voltage of the battery) but can not connect to the ECU.
I also tried to remove the resistor R4 but still does not work.
These are photos of the card
The version of ELM327 is 1.6, and my car is a Peugeot 206 of year2000.
Thanks to anyone who can help me

Bye

Roberto

Hello Roberto

I suspect that no one can help you here, because it is not about Multiecuscan
nor to vehicles that are supported by Multiecuscan.

Whether your ScanMaster software ever to connect with your Peugeot
can produce, I do not know. Since I know the french cars are very special there.

The thing with the resistor R04 in the CAN bus protocol only concerns Multiecuscan, I know of no other software problems with this type of interface has ELM.

A friend of mine also has the ScanMaster software and Bluetooth ELM for its Opel Zafira, 2006, can not connect to it.
And the developer of ScanMaster to say, that could be this and nothing could change it

Sorry

@ krikkio75
Alfaeddy is right!

For Peugeot you need special interfaces and special software.
Scan Master ELM is not good for French cars.

You need or Lexia 3 or PP2000 for Citroen and Peugeot cars.
As far I as know on eBay you can find some clones and they are minimum 100 USD and even more...

My vehicle is a FIAT Croma 1.9 16v (150cv).

I have replaced the R5 resitor on the circuit (R31 on the ELM datasheet) by a 4,7kohm resistor but no change. The problem is the same.

I have got the same problem with ELM 327 by Bluetooth. It is only connecting with Engine. For rest of modules it is not possible. I don't have time to fight with this and ELM327 Bt is hidden in drawer...
