and to an better price ;)

This is a chinese clone with no warranty for CAN LINES

Hello

This is not correct :D

It is important whether a bridge resistor is installed
And which software is fired to the PIC.

I bought 3 years ago many of this interface and a CAN bus
Switch. 6/14 to 1/9

Hello
And always the same questions !!!!

What vehicle?
What year?
What control?
What driver was installed?

Since the resistor only interferes with CAN bus protocols with multiecuscan.
Ergo:
No CAN bus
no problem

Greeting Eddy
What vehicle? Peugeot 307 HDI 1.6 110cv
What year? 2006
What control? i think VAN
What driver was installed? Bluethoot "Torque"

I don't understand but it must work with all vehicles, right?

Hello

Sorry but with Multiecuscan you can not control your Peugot and thus a bridge resistor has nothing to do with your problem.

Torque is the software and no driver !!

Whether Torque at all Peugot controls can read I do not know.
For this you have to read in the various Peugot forums

I only use the Peugot a medium CAN (3/10), for some controls.

Hi, here is how to remove the termination resistor:

Find it: follow PCB tracks from OBD connector pins 6 or 14, they connect to chip U3 pins 5 & 6.
On the chip is also connected to pins 5 & 6 the resistor R34, this is the (wrong) termination resistance, unsolder it !

This should solve your CAN communication issue, but as said by others, not sure about what will be read from your Peugeot...

Regards, Bernie

I have one of these cheap ELM 327's and was having little success in getting it to connect to the car. I had scanned the connection to get the correct port settings and was about to give up when quite by chance I discovered that I could connect every time by hitting connect 1 second after turning the key while all the warning lights where on. And when I tried it after all the light had settled down and low and behold NO Connection. :D

Hi everybody
Sorry for my english, I´m not so good

I´ve got an ELM327 interface and I can connect to ECU, but I can´t connect with the service reset or instrumental panel. I have a punto international and a grand siena. In both of them I can read and check ecu and errors, delete them and use actuators and adjustments. I ´ve spent a lot of time reading these posts but I don´t know what to do, should buy a new Elm device or fix (how?) this one. Also FES dashboard didn´t work too. A pictures of the device and the connections.
Thanks a lot.

Hello

For a hundred times

What vehicle?
Which model ?
What year?

And here is an interface test with MES here to see
Which interface you use.

Should it be an older ELM (> 2015) remove R2 (121) if you're lucky
Then you can create a connection

Thanks Alfaeddy

It´s true I forgot a part of information

The Punto is a punto international 1.6 16v 2016 (etorq)
The Grand Siena is a essense 1.6 16v 2014 (etorq)

Both of them have the same ECU (engine) and the EML327 device works OK
In the rest of the modules are diferent, but I can scan a big part of them with your solution (fixing the device)
I could reset service in both cars.

Thanks you a lot, bye
