Wow. this board I have not seen
This is new to me

But if I see it right, despite the blurred image
then remove R1 in the yellow frame then it should work.

I have Fiat Doblo Cargo type 223 1,9 Mjet. ELM can not to conect to ABS (ELM + Green cabel). For the test I tried to use Vag Com + green cabel, all ok. In what could be problem?

You can read the Motor ECU , without the green cabel ??

Then i think first a Error in the green cabel
or second a Problem with your ABS ECU
