Have a look at the distributors list:

http://www.multiecuscan.net/Distributors.aspx

Many of them will sell hardware as well as the software.

First visit this web site: http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx
After that find your car Alfa 147 and your engine model... And in the list you will find what kind of interfaces you need...

If you need OBDKEY interface just go to the http://obdkey.com/ web site and order your OBDKEY interface (USB or Bluetooth or Wireless model)!

Or if you need KKL or ELM interface just go to this web page http://www.multiecuscan.net/Distributors.aspx
Or you can order your KKL or ELM interface via eBay.com! ;)

But be careful on ebay not to buy cheap VAG KKL fake interface with CH340 chipset as it will not work no matter what you do, ask Yani ?

I am from Sri Lanka. I too have OBDKEY 1.40 and MULTIECUSCAN 3.3 registered. Car is fiat punto mk2 1.2 16v ELX speedgear year 2000. I only connect to engine unit and gearbox unit. For other units such as body computer and steering etc i cannot connect. Please help me to solve this issue. I spend lot of money to buy those.
