No, do not remove R4, this is the wrong Resistor
As I have already written, remove the upper board
and below is the R2, it must be removed.

Hello, Eddy, I removed the resistor n2, and the elm go on.....thanks

I have a another question, I would like to connect a switch, because I want to make it connected and that does not consume battery, and I don´t know to what pin use. Please, can you say me? ?

Hello igna

R2 does not n2

Do I understand it right? you would like the ELM in the OBD connector to unplug?

You can do that simply because the ELM not consume a lot of energy

If you want to still install a switch
The pin 16 is for the power supply charge.

Greetings Eddy

Look at the white plug housing should be removable.

Among them the bridge resistor can be located

This image is not your board but you can see at which
Point, you should look

Edit :

This ELM board we had a lot of times in this thread
Thanks for help, I removed resistor R04. Now, it work perfectly.
However, ELM can not connect to ABS with green cable, but Vag Com can connect.
When, I try connect ELM to ABS. MultiEcuScan informed me what I must use Vag Com, OBDkey + green adapter cable, but ELM isn't in list.
I checked list of supported vehicles for my car. ELM + green adapter cable can connect. In what could be problem?

Hello vmaci

I can only imagine that your settings are not correct for the ELM.
or the adapter is defective!

Or you use the adapter for the KKL interface?

Hello daniTM

How vmaci already correctly writes, remove this resistor
To be able to read CAN bus protocols.

This interface has been made only for reading the Motorecus.
As this pin is standardized (pin 7) are the other pins free

Pins 4 & 5 are the negative pins (vehicle body and Chassis)
Therefore, these two are bridged

Thank you for your quick answers. I can barely wait to get my car back from my cousin and the laptop with win XP so I can copy the ecu file to remove de egr and dpf and all so see what is the problem whit the airbag . I will keep you informed if is successful the copy of the ecu file using gallietto softoware or KWP2000+ and this cable . I so it on fiat forum some one done it but it was an older fiat stilo like 2002-2004 I will try my luck on the 2006 that I have.
