Elm327 always connected

Post by gEnE » 29 Jan 2011, 14:13

Hi guys... i've just purchase a licence of multiecuscan; here my firstquestion:
Can I leave the elm327 cable always connected to the obd port?... I mean, when i finished using multiecuscan and disconnect from usb, it's a problem to leave the obd connector inserted?... just to avoid remove and reconnect the obd each time i want to use the software...

The OBD connector is always powered by vehicle battery and it's not switched. Your risk is to discharge the battery...
