hello,I bought vgate icar 2 wifi version
the board is that,but I can't connect to multiecuscan body,proxyaligment etc,only engine, I can't find 121 resistor,can you help me? thank you

Guys, first make sure that the interface used is actually implemented with the 121ohms resistor

resistor that must be removed:

After checking that between pins 6 and 14
is showing 120 ohms on the multimeter, look for it on the board and remove it

Hello everyone!
I have read and experimented a lot with the best value for money tool.

I've tested many of the same looks, both old and new, and foror at similar prices , ONLY this device seems to be good.

(So far I've only tested it with key programming radio and immo)

I hope I help with it, so I wrote this so that everyone doesn't buy as much cheap equipment as I do.

Hi,

I have the same cable as yours. I have MES 3.6 cracked and working fine with VAG COM cable. To be able to connect to the Delphi electric power steering of my Punto MK2 i need the ELM 327. When i adjust the port settings from the device manager (using FTDI virtual com port) but when i try to connect MES cant find the com port, or in some cases the error is SUITABLE INTERFACE NOT FOUND. I need to mention that i did not installed anything before try to use the ELM327 cable (the small disc with the cable was damaged). Someone can help?

Hello guys, i have bought the MES (50€ licence) and i have the elm327 diag on photos. I connnect to engine on Punto mk2 just fine and i have all the tests OK but i cannot connect to bcm or dashboard to make proxi alignement, It gives me canbus error. Can someone help me on what resistors or something else i need to change to make it work? Thanks, George from greece.

Тоже купил жёлтый кабель для Фиата .(Добло ,бензин,1.4 77 л.с,2008)Элм 327 с кнопкой v.1.5
по блютузу.Нет соединения с ЭБУ.Прозвонил контакты между 6 и 14 контактом .120 ом. Удалил резистор R 02.
Все равно не работает.И альфаОвд ,и Торкью, и Автодоктор и много других программ не помогли.

Сделал как написали ,удалил 120 ом между 6 и 14 ,R 02.Все равно не работает.

Наконец то сегодня elm 327 блютуз в 1.5.58 с кнопкой включения зработала на Фиате Добло ,бензин,1.4,77 л.с.После изучения опыта других в инете ,помогла простая перемычка между 3 м и 7 м контактом в разъёме сканера.Хотя там на белорусском сайте предлагали ещё и 1 контакт с 3 м и 7 м вместе соединить. Проводок накинул просто сверху .А программа из всех загруженных на телефон, только Alfa OBD пошла .А так желтый переходник ,его ещё сколько дожидался с Али и отключение резистора в 120 ом (R 02 ) между 6 м и 14 м контактом сканера не помогли .Соединение осуществилось после нажатия- Соединить -в разделе блок управления и предварительного выбора Эбу - Marelli engine 1.4 8v
Хотел исправить слово elm .Не даёт программа это здесь сделать.Когда захожу в редактирование все правильно написано.А как отправляю ,то уже видоизменяется автоматически ((
Итог- Фиату нужна перемычка между 3 м и 7 м контактами и программа Альфа ОВД

You need to remove r2, in your second photo it is on the top left just above u1. Ot has r2 on the left of it and r46 on the right. I have the same adaptor and have just done this after tracing with a multimeter and now I can connect to all can modules.
