Fiat Panda My'07 Blinking Light

Hello there
I have a FIat Panda 2007 1.2 8v 60ps, gasoline.
I have a blinking engne light on my dashboard, and although i have full access to the ECU e.t.c.
It cant find any faults.
Does Multiecuscan identifies non permanent errors ?
