You can enable/disable the flashing of direction lights of Stilo and Punto Mk2 with current version, but there is a better support for this function in the next version which will be ready by the end of next week.
And, yes, you will need the code card for this operation.

Car is Stilo 2002 jtd115. I don't have code card and new one is not so cheap. Is another way to do that without code card?

No, it is not possible without the code card as the ECU requires the electronic security code from the code card.
I don't know how to find this code without code card. Also, it is not possible to guess and enter random code as the ECU will block after 3 unsuccessfull attempts, and after that you will have to wait 30 minutes for it to unblock.
