Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4 120HP - Engine Startup - Not allowed

Hi!
I have two issues in my Giullietta. In parameters I can see two strange values:
1. Engine Startup - not allowed. This status exist before startup and after startup the engine. Engine working fine. There is no any faults on the dashboard.
2. Failure indicator light - in MAR position the indicator on the dashboard is on. The parameter in software is "ON". After startup the parameter in the software is "blinking" but on the dashboard the indicator is "OFF".
What is the problem?
