Enabling activation function on ACC controller

I mean enabling ACC, in cars with forward collision warning installed, with radar and front camera... Is it possible only with the installation of the steering wheel switches, or need other hardware?

I have the same request, I have installed the controls in the stering wheel, but Multiecuscan don´t recognize when I press them. Maybe an option to activate it.
