System support high resolution?!

i am trying to connect using KLL/VAGCOM cable and the maximum i get is 2 seconds of connection to the Engine ECU, then it disconnect!
when i run the test, it gives me a message saying "system support high resolution" anyone can help me with what does this mean?
i have an Alfa 147 1.6 TS

Hello

Which version of MES / FES do you use?
Have you asked the Latency Time in 1?

Otherwise, try to use
MES / settings / interface /
and make a check mark in "high latency mode"

Thanks for your reply, as for the version its the latest, "have been just downloaded few days ago" as for the settings i also tried as you advised and still no luck!
