would it be possible to adapt your software to read and write to the ecu eprom.

To clarify
I would like to download the entire ecu eprom file
and then upload/flash an adapted file into the ecu

you can not update the EPROM with multiecuscan, you need another program to do this kind of work that you say, like cock-or-ecm and other

you need programs/interface like Galletto (EOBD2 1260) to do this.
