Unknown/Unsupported Body Control Module

Post by ser » 22 Jul 2021, 09:28

Hi all,

i've got such message trying to communicate with a car using Multiecuscan latest version:

Body / BCD (Body COntrol Module)
UNKNOWN/UNSUPPORTED
ISO Code: 00 00 60 A6 15
Hardware nummer: BC330J.0200 - Ver: 05
Software nummer: 04440009727 - Ver: 0209

The car is FIAT 500L 1.4 Turbo GPL Lounge Italian version 07.2018, SGW-bypass installed.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
How can i reset the service interval if the Body Computer fails to communicate?
How can i connect the Apple CarPlay (proxi aligment required)

Many thanks in advance for your answers.

it can be connected to Body Computer, can execute some commands (horn, lights etc) but is it too risky trying to make proxi alligment?

As for the Service->Service Interval Reset - it can not be connected at all. The error message is "ELM327->ECU conncetion failed, No responce from module". I tryed the same for 500X (334) but got the same answer...
