Not able to read O2 Sensor voltages 500 abarth

HI I am not able to read the sensor voltages on a 2012 Fiat 500 Abarth using my recently registered copy of MES 4.7 on my Win7 laptop... I can however do that graph on a Stilo 1600 16v... Have checked the voltages with another friends Win10 based copy.... They are there.....Regards Davidb Centurion South Africa
