Hardware Key after update

I bought license on july, i've used soft without any problems, after break i got ver. 4.6R1, i ran program and there was information that im useing free version. While trying to fix it up i i've found that there's new Hardware Key. I got email with old one, but i dont know how to fix it, is there any solution?

Email MES support with:

1) Your Old Hardware Key
2) You NEW hardware Key
3) Your license key/proof of purchase.
