TIPO 2015 mes4,5 and mes 4.6

Hello
In tipo 2015, the t-jet program does not read error codes. After starting the engine and connecting to the controller, apart from the fact that no program module is working and messages on the car die appear about failure of the abs and hillholder system.
Is it the car or the program's fault?
