NMA CONTINENTAL AIR SPRINGS

Hi everyone,
Im new here, i have the multiplexed CTC with FES now im encountering some issues when i try to connect to CONTINENTAL AIR SPRINGS module NMA.Im receiving the message on screen ECU connection failed.iI have tried on bouth models 250 290 with no succes .Im ataching files can eneyone guide me please.
