KKL and 3 pin adapter lost connection

Hi,
I'm trying to use MES with a Fiat Punto GT to read data from the Motronic ME 2.7.
I'm using a KKL cable that in the MES settings and test seems godd with low latency timing.
I can connect to the car, but after some variable time the connection is lost.
Maybe the problem can be in the cable, but anyone has got a similar problem and have a solution, naybe with a cable modification or a suggestion for the software?
