DPF regeneration progress CROMA05 1.9JTD 150

Post by alfiat » 14 Aug 2011, 21:28

Hi Yani

Yesterday I tried to do a DPf manual regeneration on my father CROMA 05 1.9 JTD 150HP. Everything went fine until the moment of seeing the progress. due to the fact that the screen remains during the process is the window with the "Regeneration in progress" it is not possible to change to the parameters sheet and see the regeneration progress in percent and so on. Since I was not able to see the progress the only way to stop the process was hit the break pedal.

Best regards,
Alfiat

Hi Yani,

Thank you for this new improvment.
I enjoy the oportunity to remind you about the issue related with DPF regen that I mentioned on my last post.
The problem is that when you start the regen is not possible to go to parameters page and see the progress.

1. Start this procedure
2. Go to Parameters window and start to monitor the following 2 parameters:
- Regeneration Progress
- Forced Regeneration State
3. Wait while Forced Regeneration State is 'In progress' and Regeneration Progress <100%. If Forced Regeneration State shows 'Error' then the procedure has failed - stop engine an wait 15 seconds before repeating the procedure.

4. When Forced Regeneration State becomes 'OK' and Regeneration Progress becomes 100%:
- Turn the key to OFF
- Wait 15 seconds
- Turn the key to MAR
- Connect again and clear any errors.

when possible try to fix.

Best regards,
Alfiat
