Post by stixy » 01 Sep 2010, 16:04

Hi

I've just downloaded the latest version (v2.4), as this now contain's software for the above engine management spec, but I cannot connect fully. The software recognise my ECU and and, it displays a meesage about purcahsing for full functionality, and then crashes. I have noticed in the lower left corner the the following message flashes in red; Latency Too High. I have sent a bug report. Please advise.

My friend buy the softwear to connect to your Ecu
To cennect to your ecu you need an registred version of multiecuscan
And about lattency, if you try to cennect to your ecu using an VagCom inbterface you must go to your virtual comport into the device manager and go to properties and advace and then try to set the lattency for your comport at 2 not 16 which is default.
When you'll do that two point that I told you you'll can connect to your ECU.
No bug just read first and then blame.
Look here into the list and you'll see the red ECUs.

At that ones you can connect just with the registred version. And that one you can have if you pay for it.
If you need to tell you something more I can do it for you
Good luck
