You can try this linkk for Skapang.
They have original ELM327 v1.4 pic.

I wanna told youu that I bought ELM327 v1.4 ( clone) from ebay, from two diffeerent seller and everything goes like a charm.
Maybe Ivica21 has bad luck ( it happens).
