yes and mine and other stilos selespeed have 15.7mm instead of 28.5

Yes that is correct, i also read that value out of my selespeed system.

28.00 mm - 28.50 mm are valid only in 5 gear Alfa Romeo Selespeed models. !!!! (Engine off)

Apologies for digging out old post... But what is the difference between doing the "clutch self calibration" and "calculation the degradation index"

Do we have to do both when a new clutch is replaced?

it is better to use a VAG com or ELM327?

I did the clutch self calibration by following the instruction closely

(ensure engine and fluid temperature are correct, accelerate in 2nd till 3000rpm and stop)

but the end result is still "NOT PERFORMED" by reading the gearbox parameter.
