Hi,
with FES you can not deactivate the DPF (regeneration). You have to flash the ECU with modified software. I can do the modification for you. PN me or google for EVOJET JTD.

In FES you can see which SW version is in (ECU Info). If you wan't a newer one you have to visit your dealer. If you want any optimizations PN me or visit my hompepage.

Then don't believe is the MAF. Try to disconnect the MAF wire, then you should see in FES a default value from when I remember right about 800mg/i.
Try to drive and feel what's happening.
Which ECU do you have?

It is normal to get an overshoot when you tip-in and at lower rpm you have at constant speed a higher boost pressure then disired because its in open loop control.
