Re: No vin or year?
VIN reading is not supported on all vehicles. Only later ones. If you have your VIN code then the first 3 digits tell you what your model is. See: https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/Fiat/DUCATO You can then work from there by using the Vehicles Supported List here on MES site or you can select your Duca...

Re: 500x sgw brake service
If you have an SGW then basically ALL write/command modes are filtered out / blocked. However you can manually release the parking brake and then disconnect the battery to ensure it can not be engaged again. This will allow you to remove the caliper and brake pads etc. If you web search the you will...

Re: Re install
Is the Hardware Key actually the same? Did you note it down when you installed MES originally?
Whilst MES mentions "Hardware Key" this may be affected by OS removals/installs.
Suggest you contact MES Support your license key, current harware key and any purchare proof you have.

Re: Where from and how to : MultiEcuScan read mileage
The only mileage of significance is that from the Instrument Cluster Odometer. This is the one unit which has to be legally compliant / homologated etc. Other units like engine ECU, ABS also have mileage figures but as has been shown / commented on in the past these figures may not match the vehicle...

Re: Registered Keycode
If you are having to re-enter every run then this suggests to me that where you have installed MES does not possibly have write privileges. I have no knowledge / idea as to where MES stores (and protects) the hardware and license keys. Try re-installing MES. If this does not work then contact MES Su...

Re: Injector coding cylinder sequence ??
For Fiats then cylinder 1 is at the crank pulley end of the block and 4 is at the gearbox/bell housing end of the block.
1-3-4-2 is the ignition firing order.

Re: VAG KKL cable connections
Your problem is that this is the wrong interface.
