Suggest you look at the trusted supplier list here: http://www.multiecuscan.net/Distributors.aspx
The may not be the cheapest suppliers but they will supply working hardware. In the long run they can be much cheaper if you factor wasted time and aggravation into the equation.

Re: Fiat 500 USA scan problem
Seems like you have the classic ELM termination issue with cheap Chinese clone devices.

Re: Licence instal
Email support@multiecuscan.net
I'm a little puzzled as to why you paid for a new license unless the old one had expired. Valid license key issues should always be referred to support. If you are licensed then they will get you up and running without having to purchase another license.

Re: fiat 3 pin red lead
To provide a power feed to the Elm3270 device from the vehicle. With vehicle diagnostic interfaces there is a requirement to provide isolation between the power systems of the vehicle and the testing equipment. This means that the interface has to be powered by the vehicle and via the PC/tester. In ...

Re: Bluetooth interface for Multiscan
Hi I've replied to your post on the Fiat Forum. Suggest you read that. (copied here below) This is the definitive place for MES questions so I'm sure others with Bluetooth and MES experience will follow-up shortly. Re: Linux
I've not deliberately looked at the MultiECUScan binary but I'm pretty sure it is pure .NET (as .NET is a requirement) and the Linux support for .NET significantly lags behind current versions. Also, regardless of .NET support MultiECUScan could/may be making direct windows API calls to achieve/perf...

Re: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit is compatible with MES 2.2
Yes it is. I run MES 2.2 on: Vista Home 32 Bit 7 Home 64 Bit 8.1 Home 64 Bit To be more precise. Vista 32 Bit was a registered fully operational setup. I transferred this license to 8.1 64 Bit. My 7 64 Bit is running un-registered/limited mode with no problems. I would be very surprised if it did no...

Re: proxy and mods newbie .Hi all.
Welcome Matt If you have been running in simulation mode then you will have a pretty good idea as to what "coverage" you get across your family's cars. Proxy alignment does not require the vehicles pin code. However as mentioned in the proxy instructions/information the alarm system and how the indi...

Re: What is this???
The RAR file is like a ZIP file. i.e. a compressed container.
Windows can not open RAR files itself. You need to download a program like 7-Zip from http://www.7-zip.org/

F8 & F9 Keys
1) can we have an on screen button for Function Keys. Have installed FES Dashboard on the Win 8.1 Tablet PC, along with MES. On Tablet PC the virtual KBD has no function keys. MES is OK because it uses "Buttons" and function keys. 2) very small problem when screen switching. On main screen, bottom l...
