Re: Error connect with ADAPTER 3 to ECU but without perfectl
If your ELM interface has a power LED on it, try plugging the ELM into the car through the Adaptor 3 cable while NOT connected to the PC. If the power LED doesn't come on then it's not making an electrical connection with either pin 16 (+12) or pins 4 & 5 (ground). We've seen a few cases where the p...

Re: Fiat 500 error code u1726
U codes seem to randomly appear on some vehicles when there is a glitch in CAN communications.
If you clear them and they stay away, they're generally nothing to worry about.
If they keep coming back, it might be worth checking connections on the CAN lines.

Re: resetting a second engine
Clearing fault codes won't affect mapping or injector coding, as they are stored in different memory.
Clearing fault codes will just reset the memory that holds fault codes and learned sensor behaviour such as fuel trims etc. Anything that has been specifically coded to the car will not be reset.

Re: Engine Option on FES
I take it you mean the old Bravo, not the 2007-on Bravo? If so, it looks like the engine is just not supported at the moment. Try running a scan - if the software can talk to the engine the scan should report the ECU type - if so, see if that ECU is listed for any other vehicles, and try connecting ...

The software will always prompt you to plug it in, whether it is already connected or not.Mcjay82 wrote:Im trying to do a service interval reset but every time i get the message connect adapter 3/yellow.

On most models you need to connect to the instrument cluster (from memory!), then look at the adjustments tab.amiko wrote:Where can I find "seat belt warning tone" item in the menu?

Re: Grande Punto T-Jet 2009 and ELM327 BT Interface
Idd, that was a good question ;) I was wondering myself. So to be clear : you need to buy an adaptor cable 3 ? Or can you patch the original ELM 327 bluetooth module ? Also where can you buy the adaptor cable 3 ? Tnx ! It's for my alfa giulietta. Djbase Read my earlier reply. The GP and Guilietta h...

...and which module on the car are you connecting to?
Have you run a scan to check that the module you are selecting is the one reported as being present by the car?
