You had a faulty Aibag ECU so you replaced it?
After replacement it was unrecognised and Proxi did not help?
You changed one or more bytes and did the custom Proxi?

MES Support can be very busy at times. I gather support gets many Emails daily and therefore has to do some prioritising. Suggest you hang on for a while and you should get a response. Even as MOD here I sometimes have to wait a while

If the package you have bought is the Multiplexed version with CANtieCAR interface then there is not need for a license key as the MES software is locked/keyed to the CANtieCAR hardware. I can not guarantee that an OBDLINK SX interface will solve your problem. If it does not at least your have extra information etc. to throw in MES Support's direction.

I had similar issue back in 2017 on my 500X. Yani advised Thank you for checking this so quickly. I think that you did a mistake in the configuration. I have the OBLINK SX and a quality ELM interface. Personally I find the OBDLINK SX much better.

I think you will need a new OBDLINK interface. Pin 6 is CAN-H line and I suspect your old interface does not support the CAN protocols which are very different to the various old serial ones.
