put engine and gearbox as it was - MES doesn't show all values there

not sure but maybe you need SGW bypass

check in instrument cluster, usually there is option to disable it.

check number of service coupons. if it's 0 do proxi alignment

this looks like simple timeout. I'd check MES and adapter settings and do alignment again.

by new airbag ECU you mean new new or used new to this car? most likely airbag ECU is not correct for this car.
