Re: Works KKL USB INTERFACE with multiecuscan without solderi

See this: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1499

It is not recommended to connect all the pins together. Much better to use DIP switches or an EOBD patch box.

Re: Airbag profile

As you look at your TOP picture then this is how the pins are numbered a) The bump in the connector edge is located on the Pins 9 to Pins 16 side of the connector b) Front LEFT is Pin 9 and Front RIGHT is Pin 16 c) Rear LEFT is Pin 1 and Read RIGHT is Pin 8 d) You currently have Pin 4 and Pin 5 link...

Re: Works KKL USB INTERFACE with multiecuscan without solderi

The KKL interface will work without making the wiring modifications BUT WILL ONLY GIVE YOU ENGINE ECU information.

To connect to ABS, Airbags etc. then pin 7 must be connected to the relevant pin.

Re: Acc pedal possition on Stilo Selespeed

Do you get the same when driving the car. There is a difference between pedal percentage and final throttle plate percentage / ECU final demand. When the engine is under load then the 100% - 20% may change to 100% - 50%. If this is the case then Multiecuscan on the gearbox is reading ECU thottle % d...

Re: INTERFACE TYPE REQUIRED FOR EACH MODULE!!!

Great Yani

This update is most welcome as we have all seen there is quite a lot of confussion & questions out there.

May I suggest you give a little better qualification to "connection to Pin n"

i.e. I believe you mean "Pin 7 should be connected to Pin n"

Re: Elm 327 ver 1.4

Yes you still need to do the mod/linking of the pins. However please see (2) below (1) - What ELM *adds* over KKL is the addition / ability to connect and talk to CAN-Bus. (2) - What ELM *loses* over KKL is the ability to connect and talk to KWP81 (Fiat 9141) protocol which is used for AirBag diagno...

Re: elm327 ver 1.4

Genuine Elm 327 Ver 1.4 should work just fine. This is what I use.

You said "when i configure the interface in the software the test is failed"

What test are you refering to?
