Re: Odometer programming for new TFT

Odometer flashing is normally associated with a Proxi issue. I have to state that I've never had a flashing odometer or proxi alignment issue/condition so am not the best person to advise. The fact that you have changed you TFT would require a proxi alignment I believe. There is the possibility that...

Re: Odometer programming for new TFT

To my knowledge you have done nothing wrong. If you read the forums you will find that ECU mileages often differ to odometer mileages. There might be a cause to dig deeper if if say the ECU said 200,000 and the odometer said 25,000 (or the other way round). Nobody has come up with a 100% definitive ...

Then it DISCONNECTS. wtf? The free version only supports certain vehicles, models etc. See http://www.multiecuscan.ne...

Re: Visteon DCU-102 Fiat Ducato

On MES 4.4 the Ducato (type 250) 2.2 Multijet is listed with the Visteon CF4/EOBD Diesel Injection (2.2) ECU What do you mean by program? Suggest you download MES 4.4 and install. You can then run the program for free in Simulation Mode. You will then be able to explore all the functions, parameters...

Re: FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES DE-MYSTIFIED (READ HERE)

I think you only have to look at this "Faulty ELM 327 Interfaces De-Mystified to realise THAT EVERY problematic interface is a hardware issue and not and MES issue. MES Free or Licensed is the same when it comes to talking to the interface hardware. The MES website has recommended suppliers of hardw...

Re: OBDLink LX Problems.

I've never used a Bluetooth adapter so can not comment, but I gather some BT units can be a problem as can clone/Chinese/other wired interfaces. I've only ever used wired KKL / ELM and OBDLINK interfaces from approved/recommended suppliers (can be a little more expensive but you get support) and hav...
