I have actually same problem, with MES 4.9 and CANtieCar don't have access to a Ducato (with Pössl Caravan) ECU's.
On our Fiat 500e (California) everything is working fine

There was a mistake. I do not have Eco Mode since it is an 500e. But still CarPlay is not working. What do you think? Does my Unit has CarPlay or not? Frequencies could be easily change in uconnect5 if you have US 500e, done it in our 500e by myself with MES
