3000mBar is way to much, probally a faulty sensor or wiring. But you should get an error code in the engine ecu.

Yes you can change with MultiEcuScan.
Go to Body -> Can monitor / Vehicle Settings -> Adjustments

I would always choose for a multiplexed version with an CanTieCar connector. Never had any issues with any connection.

Why did you swap out the radio's? Original broken?
