O2 VOLTAGES
I am led to believe the O2 sensors on the Fiat 500 abarth which are 4 wire type use the Nernst principal fir measuring O2 concentration from 0 1 to 0 9v....I read 4 v and upto 5V.... This is intermittent.... Starts off in open loop with reasonable voltages.... Then goes high..... But it has on an oc...

Not able to read O2 Sensor voltages 500 abarth
HI I am not able to read the sensor voltages on a 2012 Fiat 500 Abarth using my recently registered copy of MES 4.7 on my Win7 laptop... I can however do that graph on a Stilo 1600 16v... Have checked the voltages with another friends Win10 based copy.... They are there.....Regards Davidb Centurion ...

Got info from Valeo the cps manufacturer.... Not hall effect but pcld.... Permanent magnet contactless linear direction sensor... But no further testing data.... Well all evidence points to the sensor.... I assmed it is a 4wire hall sensor.... No 5v signal is available on either output.... I assumed the complimentary output is the current value....with a replacement price of ยฃ300 odd just wanted to confirm.... Anyway it reminds me of visiting the doctor with...

Hi similar problem, did you ever resolve the issue.... Mine says clutch position sensor short to positive or open circuit p1739-15... Wiring from sensor to ecu checks out fine....
