I have elm 327 and didn't connect to proxy

I remove a resistor r04
Can bus erorr
I connect to engine , parking brake, headlamps and too but didn't connect to can setup proxy

Hi guys , i have a lancia thesis and i need make a proxy but elm327 didn't connect .. I remove r04 resistor and i can connect to engine , sachs suspension but not connect to service and do a proxy ..
