Re: 2014 Fiat 500 Abarth (North American) - Upgraded instrument panel to TFT

If anyone can get one, it would be the guys on www.fiattech.com/forum

I'd suggest asking there. Simply ask for the diagrams/manual in its entirety. If you get into the details it'll just get way off topic haha.

Re: 2014 Fiat 500 Abarth (North American) - Upgraded instrument panel to TFT

There might be a resistance difference for the brake lights. You can try adding a 6w or 50ohm resistor to the brake light circuit to see if that helps. As for the side marker lights, I'm not sure. I assume the other signal lights work without issues and it's just the signal lights in the fenders, or...

Oh wow, excellent info. So the throttle position works with the 2015 BCM installed?

^^ This.

Also I can confirm "40" is the North American 500T (Turbo) cluster UI. Has a turbo boost gauge instead of Throttle Position % in Sport mode and also makes it do the factory boost gauge is shut off. Nifty. I didn't try the 20 yet, but I assume it's the sport model.

Re: FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES DE-MYSTIFIED (READ HERE)

I'd suggest to stop buying "ELM v2.1" interfaces. ELM never made anything newer than v1.4 so you'll just end up getting a "Clone" device that's not a true ELM interface. I'm sorry I cannot help with this particular model. I'm just trying to prevent you from running into the same issue again and wast...

Pretty sure it's resistor 121, someone else can confirm, however you could always solder it back on it it doesn't work.

WiFi dongles are not recommended for proxi alignments and other functions.

Re: 2014 Fiat 500 Abarth (North American) - Upgraded instrument panel to TFT

Just wanted to give this a bump.to see if the hex codes could be provided for the other TFT display types. Are they 00, 10, 20 and so on? I didn't want to try and possibly brick the cluster.

Fiat 500 - Ability to switch between TFT display types

If you could add the ability to switch between different Fiat 500 TFT display types or provide the byte/hex value to do so via the Proxi Alignment screen, this would be apreciated. As you mentioned in my other thread, 00 seems to be base 500 and 60 is the Abarth style. I would simply like to be able...

That did the trick Yani. You were correct, it was at 00. Excellent.

I sent the report right after. :)
