Hi You can check here what controlers need adaptor A3 http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx Then your pics is not such a good. I cannot figure it out where is the rezistor that need to be removed. This is for CAN Bus but as I said you will need adaptor A3 too for controlers on CAN B...

I thinked at MCP2551 pins 6 and 7 but I writed OBD II

The rezistor it is the on one in parallel with the OBD II pins 6 and 7
You need to check it with a multimeter becasue it is a littel bit dificult to get to it

Using this tool as it is you cannot connect in controllers on CAN BUS
You need to remove the well known rezistor
