You can try to scan for interfaces in your multicuscan software first. Once an interface has been found you should be ok to connect. I hope this helps.

You can try try ELM327 interface. That should work. But make sure to scan for interfaces before proceeding. Once an interface has been found on one of the ports the software will indicate so. You may then establish a connection. Hope it helps.

In order to properly execute this interface for new connections I highly recommend performing a quick interface scan by going to settings then clicking interface and perfoming a scan. Once this is complete connect and proceed accordingly.
