Must be the only thing I didn't mention! I have .net 3.5 installed already. The multiECUsoftware works just fine, it just can't find the interface on the port!

I have 2 USB cable/interfaces: A USB VagCom cable/interface (Think I bought it as an ELM327) and an OBD-II usb cable/interface. On my old XP laptop the cables are recognised and multiECUscan can find the interface. I have the cable set to Com4, but multiECUscan finds the interface on Com3 which is a...
