I have 1.2a same llike on picture with BT my is without BT, and like on that pic pin 6 is connected to R24 but R24 is missing but there is one R under R24 do I need to remove that or what? I have tested only connected 5V to R24 and to pin 6, now it says it is 38400bps and not working on 9600, but st...

I am new to this , My friend give me his ELM327 1.2a to try and I could read only engine. I would like to have cable and software for my personal use.
What is best buy for me. To have all functions and not to spend to much money on cable.
